Are you passionate about interior design and creating living spaces? Do you have a keen eye for aesthetics and technical expertise to design functional and elegant kitchens? Join our team as a Kitchen Designer and contribute to creating unique interiors that combine style, ergonomics, and innovation.

MAIN TASKS

  • Greet, advise, and assist clients in designing their custom kitchens.
  • Analyze client needs, budget, and preferences to create tailored proposals.
  • Design plans and 3D renderings using specialized software like SketchUp.
  • Select materials, colors, and finishes in line with current trends and client requirements.
  • Prepare quotes and manage follow-up on orders with suppliers and the production workshop.
  • Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure project feasibility.

SKILLS

  • Excellent proficiency with 3D design software and CAD tools.
  • Ability to take measurements and read technical plans.
  • Strong understanding of technical constraints and the kitchen cabinet manufacturing process.
  • Knowledge of materials (wood, laminate, polymers, quartz, ceramics, etc.) and current kitchen design trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and organization.
  • Strong listening and client advisory skills to create personalized and functional spaces.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Training in interior design, architecture, or any relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in kitchen cabinet design or interior design (a plus).
  • Creative, passionate about design, and detail-oriented.
  • Up-to-date with trends and able to propose innovative ideas.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and adaptable to new technologies.
  • Dynamic, autonomous, and service-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Salary negotiable based on experience
  • Fixed salary plus commission
  • Full-time between 35 and 40 hours per week
