Senior Kitchen Designer

MAIN TASKS
- Greet, advise, and assist clients in designing their custom kitchens.
- Analyze client needs, budget, and preferences to create tailored proposals.
- Design plans and 3D renderings using specialized software like SketchUp.
- Select materials, colors, and finishes in line with current trends and client requirements.
- Prepare quotes and manage follow-up on orders with suppliers and the production workshop.
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure project feasibility.
SKILLS
- Excellent proficiency with 3D design software and CAD tools.
- Ability to take measurements and read technical plans.
- Strong understanding of technical constraints and the kitchen cabinet manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of materials (wood, laminate, polymers, quartz, ceramics, etc.) and current kitchen design trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and organization.
- Strong listening and client advisory skills to create personalized and functional spaces.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Training in interior design, architecture, or any relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in kitchen cabinet design or interior design (a plus).
- Creative, passionate about design, and detail-oriented.
- Up-to-date with trends and able to propose innovative ideas.
- Comfortable with digital tools and adaptable to new technologies.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and service-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.

WORK CONDITIONS
- Salary negotiable based on experience
- Fixed salary plus commission
- Full-time between 35 and 40 hours per week
