MAIN TASKS

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, real estate developers, and general contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients in the construction and renovation sectors.
  • Present our products and services, highlighting the quality, durability, and competitive advantages of our kitchen cabinets.
  • Negotiate prices, prepare quotes, and close business agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and projects.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales service and manage any claims or adjustments.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in kitchen cabinets, cabinetry, or construction.
  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain business relationships with professional clients.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen cabinet manufacturing and installation processes.
  • Negotiation skills and account management experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans to propose solutions suited to construction projects.
  • Autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Training in sales, business administration, design, or any relevant field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales to contractors, developers, or in a related sector.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Attractive commission-based salary
  • Full-time daytime schedule between 35 and 40 hours per week.
