Edge Banding Machine
We are looking for an edge banding machine operator to join our team. As a panel finishing specialist, you will play a key role in producing our high-quality products. You will be responsible for operating the edge banding machine, ensuring precise and uniform application of edge bands on panels for a durable and aesthetic result. Your attention to detail and precision will directly contribute to our clients’ satisfaction.
MAIN TASKS
- Operate the edge banding machine and ensure its proper functioning.
- Check the quality of applied edge bands and adjust machine settings to achieve a flawless finish.
- Make necessary adjustments based on materials and project specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality application and correct any defects.
- Perform basic maintenance of the edge banding machine and ensure regular cleaning.
- Participate in other production tasks as needed.
Skills
- Experience with finishing machines, ideally an edge banding machine.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and adjust machines to optimize quality.
- Knowledge of materials such as wood and edge bands, as well as finishing techniques.
- Adherence to safety regulations and production standards.
